02. I understand that Creations Media, LLC and Creations Media, LLC Business Affiliates will not be held liable or
responsible for any spelling errors, typo's, color disputes , unauthorized use of Photography, Copyrighted, Patented,
Trademarked and/or Registry protected material violations.
03. I understand that Creations Media, LLC Print Turnaround is an average and not guaranteed and may vary depending
on the projects details and/or equipment function.
04. I understand that as soon as my project is submitted to Pre-press and the plates are made the order cannot and will
not be stopped, changed, or canceled for any reason. I understand from this time forward I will be liable and responsible
to pay the full price of the order and waive my right to stop payment by Credit or Business Check due to the product
having no resale value.
